Bosch and Tata Autocomp form joint venture of manufacturing of EV parts
German multinational engineering and technology firm Bosch has formed a joint venture (JV) with Tata Autocomp to manufacture electric vehicle (EV) components. The 50:50 JV will manufacture, sell, and service e-axles and electric traction motors-key components that power electric vehicles.
Under the JV, the two firms will share governance and expertise to strengthen India's EV ecosystem.
