417,000 sq ft warehouse space leased by DHL India in Bhiwandi
Logistics and shipping firm DHL India has leased 417,000 sq ft of warehousing space at One Samruddhi Park in Amane, Bhiwandi. The lease carries a starting monthly rental rate of Rs 22 per sq ft, or Rs 9.19 crores.
This leasing comes as the firm is looking to scale large-format distribution capacity to support growing demand across India's consumption and manufacturing corridors.
