650,000 sq ft space likely to be leased by US Bancorp in Chennai
American multinational banking firm, US Bancorp, is planning to lease 650,000 sq ft of office space in Chennai. The firm plans to set up its first global capability centre (GCC) in India in the leased space.
As per The Economic Times, the space is likely to be taken at Embassy Tech Splendid, which is owned by Embassy Office Parks REIT.
