Polavaram irrigation project: Stone filling work of Gap-2 begins
MEIL Group (Megha Engineering and Infrastructures Limited) has informed that the stone-filling works have commenced in the upstream section of Gap-2 of the Polavaram irrigation project.
This comes after the downstream stone-filling activity in Gap-2 had been completed, and the stabilisation of the base enabled the commencement of similar works in the upstream stretch.
