AM/NS invites EoI for steel fabrication unit at Anakapalli
The joint venture (JV) of ArcelorMittal and Nippon Steel, ArcelorMittal/Nippon Steel India (AM/NS), has invited Expressions of Interest (EoI) from eligible and qualified suppliers for the development of a dedicated steel fabrication unit in proximity to the proposed Integrated Steel Plant (ISP) at Rajayyapeta in Anakapalli, Andhra Pradesh.
ISP will have an initial production capacity of 8.20 MTPA with a port-integrated facility. The Andhra Pradesh state government has allocated approximately 2,200 acres of land for the project. The period of execution of the work is around 4 years.
