Apraava Energy commissions 400 kV transmission line in Barmer
Integrated energy solutions provider Apraava Energy has informed of the commissioning of the 400 kV Fatehgarh IV Transmission Line and a 400/220 kV Pooling Substation in Barmer, Rajasthan. This 22 km line is essential for evacuating power from the 20 GW Renewable Energy Zones (REZ) under Phase III Part A1.
As per Manufacturing Today, the project features a 2.5 GW capacity through 5 x 500 MVA transformers and enhances the renewable power evacuation from the Jaisalmer–Barmer region.
