Honda Cars to invest Rs 1,200 crores at its Tapukara plant
Automobile maker Honda Cars has plans to invest Rs 1,200 crores in its Tapukara plant in Rajasthan's Alwar. This comes as the firm plans to manufacture its upcoming electric vehicle model O Alpha from the plant.
The firm presented the plan to the Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma. As per The Economic Times, the CM said the proposed investment would boost investment, innovation, and employment opportunities in the state.
