Ajmera Realty to invest Rs 7,000 crores in Mumbai
Real estate developer Ajmera Realty & Infra India has plans to invest around Rs 7,000 crore in Mumbai. The firm plans to develop around 2.3 million sq ft across residential and commercial projects in central Mumbai’s Wadala locality.
This is part of the company’s plan to unlock the value of over Rs 12,000 crore from its land parcel in the locality over the next four to five years.
