JK Urbanscapes partners with Minor Hotels to develop a hospitality project in Darjeeling
Kanpur-based real estate developer JK Urbanscapes has partnered with Thai hospitality firm Minor Hotels for the development of a hospitality project in Darjeeling, West Bengal.
The plan is to develop Anantara Retreat Darjeeling Hills, a 70-key luxury hospitality project within the 849-acre Tindharia Tea Estate. Scheduled to open in 2031, the project is expected to require an investment of Rs 110 crore.
