ASK and Amavi by Clarks join hands for luxury housing project
Alternative investment fund ASK and Amavi by Clarks has signed a Rs 500 crore equity platform with Amavi by Clarks, a new branded residences venture backed by the promoters of the Clarks Group of Hotels and Brij Hotels.
The plan is to develop branded luxury second homes across key leisure destinations. First projects will come up in drivable, high-value locations around the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Pune, and the National Capital Region (NCR).
