Rs 500 crore investment platform set by ASK and Shriram Properties
The alternate asset investment arm of the ASK Group and realty developer Shriram Properties have entered into an agreement to set up an investment platform for the acquisition of residential real estate projects.
Under the platform arrangement, the two firms will co-invest in plotted residential development projects in Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
