Bernhard Schulte leases office space in Mumbai
German ship management firm Bernhard Schulte has acquired a six-floor, built-to-suit office space in Mumbai. The space is acquired at the commercial project Kalpataru Virtusin Mumbai’s eastern suburb, Vikhroli’s LBS-JVLR junction.
As per updates from The Economic Times, the space is leased for an amount worth Rs 304 crores, and the new office would serve as the firm's India Headquarters. This transaction is one of the largest office space acquisitions by an international shipping group in India.
