CtrlS Datacenters plans to invest Rs 5,000 crore in Chennai
Datacentre firm CtrlS Datacenters Ltd has plans for investment of Rs 5,000 crore in its datacentre park in Chennai in the next 2 to 5 years. This would take the firm's entire capacity to around 75 megawatts (MW). This investment would be in addition to Rs 4,000 crore already lined up for Data Centre 1 (DC1).
As per updates, the firm is scouting for fresh land in the city for an even higher capacity project, making Chennai key to its USD 2 billion investment plans to increase capacity from 250 MW to over a gigawatt.
