Flats worth over Rs 1,000 crore sold by Tata Housing in Bengaluru project
Tata Group's housing arm, Tata Housing, has sold flats worth over Rs 1,000 crore in a new residential project in Bengaluru. The sale is for its Varnam Phase I residential project in Bengaluru, which was launched in August this year.
Tata Housing has sold 377 units so far in the project that is spread over 20 acres. As per the firm, the project, part of the 135-acre Carnatica township and comprises 582 apartments and 48 townhouses, and row houses.
