Ghaziabad to get Rs 3.7 billion for infrastructure development
The Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation (GMC) has chalked out a Rs 3.77 billion work plan for infrastructure development. Out of the total investment Rs 1.85 billion has been allocated for upgrading Indirapuram. Rs 710 million are marked for air quality improvement.
Among other things Rs 500 million are allocated for each drainage and road, Rs 200 million for water supply, and Rs 250 million for sewer lines. GMC has already received Rs 1.1 billion from GDA and initiated tenders accordingly.
