Hiranandani forms joint venture to enter Pune market, investment worth Rs 7,000 crore on cards
Real estate developer Hiranandani Group has formed a joint venture (JV) with Krisala Developers to enter the Pune market. The project has an estimated revenue potential of Rs 7,000 crore.
The JV would develop a 105-acre integrated township in North Hinjewadi, Pune. The proposed project will be developed under the integrated township policy, which includes residential, commercial, and retail developments. The first phase of development spans an area of 30 acres with a minimum potential of delivering 3 million square feet (msf).
In the first phase, the investment would be of around Rs 500 crore with a projected turnover pegged at approximately Rs 2,100 crore.
