Gopalan Enterprises plans to expand its portfolio to 12 million sq ft
Real estate major Gopalan Enterprises plans to increase the capacity of its flexible workspace business unit, Gopalan Workspace. The firm plans to add 4 million square feet by the end of 2025, resulting in a total workspace area of 12 million sq ft spread across Bangalore and Mysore.
