6 lakh sq ft space leased by Hindustan Unilever in Bhiwandi
Popular FMCG firm Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) has leased 6 lakh sq ft in Bhiwandi near Mumbai through a long-term lease spanning a total of 7 years. The lease includes an annual 5% rent escalation, totaling over Rs 150 crore.
It has been one of the biggest agreements for warehousing and distribution facilities in and around the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) in the last few years.
