3 Acres land parcel acquired by Godrej Properties in Ahmedabad
Real estate sector major Godrej Properties has acquired around 3 acres of land in Vastrapur and didn't disclose the exact value of the purchase. Godrej would develop a housing project with an estimated sales value of Rs 1,300 on the land.
This comes as the firm added 8 new land parcels in the first half of this fiscal year. Earlier Godrej Properties won bids to acquire 3 adjoining plots totaling 6.5 acres in Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) to develop a housing project with a revenue potential of Rs 3,500 crore.
