Gulmohar Finance JV undertakes affordable housing project
The joint venture (JV) of Gulmohar Finance and Synergyshine Infra is developing an affordable group housing project at Ullawas, Sector-54 in Gurugram. This project is spread over 5.77 acres of land parcel and comprises the development of five high-rise towers with 800 flats and a community center along with a parking facility.
The excavation work has commenced as the project has received environmental clearance.
