IHCL signs new hotel in Raigad
Hospitality sector firm the Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has announced the signing of a new hotel in Maharashtra. The firm has signed the Tree of Life resort in Panheli, Raigad, Maharashtra, which is a conversion project.
The project comprises 28 elegantly designed guest rooms and suites and offers an all-day dining restaurant and bar. It would also have a banqueting space spread over 5,000 sq. ft. Among other facilities are a 9-hole golf course, a 20-seater private theatre, and a multi-sport stadium catering to cricket, football, and pickleball.
This is IHCL's 54th hotel in Maharashtra.
