5.6 acres land acquired by AU Real Estate in Ghaziabad
Delhi-based real estate developer AU Real Estate has acquired 5.6 acres of land in Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The plan is to develop a housing project with around 831 units with an investment of Rs 1,200 crores.
As per the developer, the project has a projected revenue potential of Rs 1,600 crores.
