Indore Metro: Union Urban Affairs inaugurates extended corridor
Union Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs and Power, Manohar Lal Khattar, inaugurated the extended Indore Metro service at the Brilliant Convention Centre in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The new Gandhi Nagar–Malviya Nagar Chowraha corridor will expand the metro network from approximately 6.3 km to 17.5 km.
Regular passenger services on the new corridor commenced on September 6, 2026.
