JK Lakshmi Cement plans capacity expansion, to invest over Rs 1,800 crores in Chattisgarh
Cement manufacturer JK Lakshmi Cement has plans to expand its manufacturing operations in Chhattisgarh. The firm would invest Rs 1,816 crore to increase its clinker production capacity by 2.31 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) and cement grinding capacity by 1.2 MTPA.
The firm has signed an MoU in this regard with the Chhattisgarh state government. This expansion supports JK Lakshmi Cement's goal of increasing capacity to about 30 MTPA in the coming years.
