Joy City project: Joon Realty acquires the Jaipur based project
Real estate developer Joon Realty has acquired a majority stake and development rights in the Joy City project in Jaipur. The project offers 218 villas designed as part of a low-density residential development.
Post acquisition, Joon Realty has rebranded the project as Adi Bagh. It is expected to be ready in 6 months and would be strategically located along the Jaipur-Bhilwara corridor.
