Kamdhenu Realities acquires 4 acres of land in Thane
Navi Mumbai-based real estate firm Kamdhenu Realities has acquired 4 acres of land from RPG Life Sciences on Thane-Belapur Road. The land was acquired in a deal worth Rs 150 crore and has a total developable potential of 1.8 million sq ft.
The firm plans to develop a grade-A commercial park on the land.
