Logix city centre in Noida acquired by Bhutani Group
Commercial space developer Bhutani Group has informed acquiring 1.2 million sq ft of retail, office, and hospitality assets the Logix City Center in Noida. The space is purchased for Rs 1,000 crore and has the potential for a 600,000 sq ft residential project.
The firm had earlier acquired Logix Group’s three projects in Noida.
