M3M India to invest Rs 1,800 crore
Real estate builder, M3M India plans to invest Rs 1800 crore in the construction of various projects. The investment would go into luxury-residential, retail, and SCOs, on Dwarka express with a revenue potential of over Rs 6100 crore.
Planned projects include 3.5 million square feet of the saleable luxury-residential project and a million square feet of a saleable state-of-the-art kilometer-long frontage retail project. M3M is also planning to launch another 2 million square feet of retail-cum-office space soon in Gurugram.
