MICL to launch luxury residential project in Mumbai
Real estate developer Man Infraconstruction Limited (MICL) has plans to launch an ultra-luxury residential project in Mumbai. The project that would be located at the Pali Hill locality of Bandra would have apartments priced at above Rs 1 lakh per sq ft.
As per the MICL, the project will be developed as part of the redevelopment of the Virgo Cooperative Housing Society. Notably, Bollywood actor Aamir Khan owns multiple apartments in the project.
