Narayana Hrudayalaya acquires Practice Plus Group for around Rs 2,200 crores
Multispeciality hospital chain Narayana Hrudayalaya has acquired the United Kingdom (UK)-based Practice Plus Group Hospitals in a deal valued at around Rs 2,200 crore. With this, the firm enters the UK market and gets control of Practice Plus's 7 hospitals and three surgical centers, two urgent treatment units, and several diagnostic and ophthalmology centers with a combined capacity of 330 beds.
