Nirala World to set new luxury housing project in Greater Noida, palns investment worth Rs 400 crore
Real estate developer Nirala World plans to develop a luxury housing project in Greater Noida. The firm would invest around Rs 400 in the project to expand business amid strong demand for residential properties. This firm has launched the project named Nirala Trio comprising around 400 flats, at Sector 2 in Greater Noida West.
The firm plans to sell these units at Rs 11,000 per square foot with the price ranging from Rs 1.4 crore to Rs 1.8 crore.
