Order worth Rs 6,650 crores bagged by BHEL
Government-owned Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) has bagged an order worth Rs 6,650 crore from NTPC Ltd. The order is for the development of an 800-megawatt (MW) unit at the Darlipali Supercritical Thermal Power Project (STPP) Stage II in Sundargarh District, Odisha.
The period of completion for the work is 48 months, and the work will be executed on an EPC basis.
