Tata Projects and Mahindra Lifespace signs MoU for construction work
Mahindra Group's real estate arm, Mahindra Lifespace, has signed a pact with Tata Projects for construction activities in its projects. The pact is to boost construction efficiency and scalability, and the 2 firms aim to have a strategic collaboration that will initially focus on the Mahindra Vista Project in Kandivali, Mumbai.
As per the MoU, Tata Projects will serve as a strategic construction partner to deliver execution for Mahindra Lifespaces' project development.
