12 Office spaces leased by Virat Kohli in Gurugram
Cricketer Virat Kohli has leased 12 office spaces in Gurugram for a starting monthly rent of Rs 8.85 lakh for 9 years as per a report by Hindustan Times. The office space is located in sector 68 in Gurugram in a project named Reach Comercia.
The total leased area is spread across an area of 18,430 sq. ft and comes with 37 car parking. As per the report, the lease deed comes with a rent escalation provision of 5% every year.
