Delhi Metro: Cemindia emerges lowest bidder for project related to phase 5
The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has declared Cemindia Projects Ltd. as the lowest bidder (L-1 bidder) for its project related to phase 5. As per DMRC, the tender is related to twin tunnel construction between Shivaji Stadium and Central Secretariat under the prestigious Central Vista Corridor.
The firm placed a bid of Rs 1024.80 crores for the project, whose scope of work covers the construction of twin tunnels using Tunnel Boring Machines (TBMs), along with associated entry/exit structures and subways, forming a critical section of the Central Vista Corridor. This corridor is a flagship component of the Delhi Metro Phase-V(A) network expansion.
