1.25 lakh sq ft office space leased by Nike in Bengaluru
US-based athletic and sportswear firm Nike's Indian arm, Nike India Technology Center Private Limited, has leased over 1.25 lakh sq ft of office space at Bagmane Tech Park in Bengaluru. The space is leased for 5 years at a total rent outgo of Rs 121 crore.
The lease was executed in 2 deals covering 1,25,639 sq ft of office space and 143 parking slots across the Olympia Building and Bagmane Tridib. This space is located on the third floor of the building.
