617,000 sq ft space leased by Google India in Gurugram
Tech-major Google's Indian arm, Google India, has leased 617,000 square feet of office space at Atrium Place, Gurugram. The space is leased for a period of 5 years at a monthly rent of around Rs 10.55 crore.
The space covers floors two to 16 of the commercial tower. As per the deal, the firm will pay Rs 671 crore over a period of five years.
