Bondada Engineering bags order worth over Rs 1,338 crores
EPC and O&M services provider Bondada Engineering Ltd has bagged an order worth Rs 1,338 crores from NTPC Renewable Energy Ltd. (NTPC REL). The EPC order is for a 250 MW solar photovoltaic project coupled with a 50 MW/200 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh.
The project is part of NTPC REL's strategy to expand utility-scale renewable energy capacity while integrating energy storage systems to improve grid reliability and support a round-the-clock clean power supply.
