1.3 million sq ft Office Space Leased By Google
Technology giant Google has leased 1.3 million sq ft of office space in Bengaluru, as per the information received from The Economic Times. The deal marks one of the largest office lease transactions in the country since the pandemic began. The firm would be paying Rs 85 per sq ft for the property.
Google has entered into an agreement with Bagmane Developers for a new lease at its Bagmane Rio Business Park on Outer Ring Road, they told ET, adding that the property has a lease tenure of 15 years and is expected to be operational by the third quarter of 2022.
