M3M India to invest Rs 14,500 crores to accelerate construction
NCR-based real estate developer M3M India has plans to invest Rs 14,500 crores. The firm will invest this amount to accelerate the construction of its 45 million sq. ft. under-development portfolio.
As per ET Realty.com, the firm has identified 7.8 million sq ft for completion by FY27, spanning premium residential and mixed-use commercial projects.
