Actress leases out apartment in Mumbai for monthly rent of Rs 3.1 lakhs
Bollywood actress Malaika Arora has rented out her apartment in the Vida building, Bandra West, Mumbai. The apartment is given on a lease of 3 years (36 months) with a starting monthly rent of R 3.10 lakhs.
The rent will increase to Rs 3.25 lakhs a month from the second year of the lease. There is a 5% rent escalation clause in the agreement.
