1.36 Lakh sq ft office space leased by Morgan Stanley at Bengaluru
American multinational investment bank and financial services company Morgan Stanley has renewed its lease on 1.36 lakh sq ft of office space spread across three floors in a commercial complex in Bengaluru for 10 years. The rent for the space is Rs 1.58 crore per month.
The firm renewed the lease for the second, third, and fourth floors in Ecoworld on Outer Ring Road, Sarjapur, Bengaluru. As per information the building is owned by Artiga Ecoworld Infrastructure Private Limited and Morgan Stanley has paid a security deposit of Rs 9.4 crore.
