Automotive maker Jaguar Land Rover has leased 1.46 lakh sq ft of office space at Brigade Tech Gardens in Bengaluru. The space is leased for 5 years with a monthly rent of Rs 1.67 crore, and the rent for over five years amounts to Rs 106 crore.
