2.1 lakh sq ft office space leased by HERE Solutions in Navi Mumbai
Tech firm HERE Solutions has leased 2.08 lakh sq ft in Mindspace Business Park, Airoli, Navi Mumbai. The space is leased for 10 years with a total rent of Rs 147 crores. As per the updates, the leased space spans four units on the fourth, eighth, and ninth floors and includes a total of 194 parking spaces.
