25 acres acquired by Adani Group for data center in Pune, pays Rs 471 crore
Adani Group firm Terravista Developers has acquired leasehold rights of an over 25-acre land parcel in the Pimpri industrial zone in Pune’s Haveli locality. The land is leased from Finolex Industries for Rs 471 crore to develop a large data center.
Adani Enterprises has entered a 50:50 joint venture (JV) with EdgeConneX to develop and operate data centers throughout India. The JV will focus on building a network of hyperscale data centers across the country, starting with Chennai, Navi Mumbai, Noida, Vizag, and Hyderabad markets. This land lease is a part of that plan.
