450,000 square feet space leased by Smartworks in Gurugram
Flexible office space solutions provider Smartworks has leased 450,000 sq ft space with developer ASF in Gurgaon. The space will serve non-IT tenants and is acquired at a time when Smartworks aims to raise funds via an IPO to repay loans and for corporate needs, marking significant growth strides.
Space is acquired at ASF Insignia Campus which is primarily a special economic zone (SEZ) space.
