Gaurs Group plans commercial project in Noida, to invest Rs 4,000 crore
Real estate major Gaurs Group has plans to develop a commercial project in Noida. The firm plans to develop a 17-acre commercial project in Noida with an investment worth Rs 4,000 crore. As per the update, the firm will develop 5 million (50 lakh) sq ft of commercial space in the upcoming Grade-A project.
The project would be on a lease model to boost its annual rental income which currently stands at more than Rs 125 crore.
