Vindhyachal Expressway: KPIL to sell its stake for Rs 775 crore
Engineering and Construction firm Kalpataru Projects International (KPIL) has signed a definitive agreement with Actis Atlantic Holdings to sell its 100 percent stake in Vindhyachal Expressway for Rs 775 crore. As per the update completion of the sale is subject to necessary approvals and is expected to be completed within 15 months.
KPIL is mostly engaged in power transmission and distribution, buildings and factories, water supply and irrigation, railways, and oil and gas pipelines.
