Skoda and Mahindra planning to form joint venture
Automobile majors Mahindra & Mahindra and Skoda Auto Volkswagen India (SAVWIPL) are likely to form a joint venture (JV) for car manufacturing. The collaboration aims to share costs, technology, and vehicle platforms for future product development. Talks are underway and an agreement is likely by late October or early November.
