5 Acre land parcel acquired by LML Homes in Chennai
Real estate developer LML Homes has acquired a 5-acre land parcel in Kattupakkam, Chennai. The land is close to the proposed Kattupakkam Metro Rail station and is purchased for Rs 60 crore. Anarock Group has been appointed as the strategic partner to market and sells the proposed project, which will consist of approx. 400 premium apartments of various sizes developed over half a million square feet.
